Description

A 20-slide brutalist client proposal deck for Figma, built for design studios, creative agencies, and architecture practices, by Andrea Jelić.

Monolith is a complete proposal system for design studios, creative agencies, and architecture practices, from first introduction to signed contract in one file. Oversized condensed type bleeds off edges, stacks, and mirrors until letterforms become texture. Photography references brutalist interiors, raw concrete, brushed steel, Le Corbusier furniture, held to a strict black-and-white palette. Every slide has placeholder fields ([Client Name], [Your Brand], [Project Name]) ready to swap. Present on screen or export to PDF.

  • 20 slide templates — Figma
  • 1920×1080px — optimised for screen presentation and PDF export
  • 16 structured sections: overview, who we are, services, project objectives, deliverables, goals, moodboard, concept development, schedule, how we work, case studies, packages, estimate, contract, sign-off, contact
  • End-to-end proposal flow, from studio introduction through pricing tiers, line-item estimate, contract terms, and client sign-off with signature field

About the Licenses
The Portfolio License allows you to use Studio Standard tools to document, present, and showcase your design work. This includes publishing case studies on personal or company websites, sharing work on social media, and presenting work internally or to clients.
This license is intended solely for demonstrating your practice, craft, or past work. It does not permit use of the tools for advertising, marketing, or promoting products or services. The Portfolio License may be used by individuals or companies of any size, provided the use remains strictly non-promotional.

The Commercial License allows companies with 1–50 employees to use a Studio Standard tool for advertising or promotional purposes related to one specific product or service.
If the same tool is used to promote a different product or service, an additional license is required. This license is designed for small to mid-sized teams producing external-facing marketing, advertising, or promotional materials.

The Enterprise License permits companies with 51 or more employees to use a Studio Standard tool to advertise or promote one specific product or service across multiple campaigns, channels, and materials.
If the tool is used to promote additional products or services, the license must be re-purchased for each additional use. This license is intended for larger organizations with broader marketing reach, multiple stakeholders, and cross-channel distribution needs.
