Every Studio Standard product is a digital good delivered as an instant download, so there is nothing to ship or physically return. If you buy a product in error and have not yet downloaded it, we will refund it in full, processed within 5 to 10 business days of your request.
Once a product has been downloaded, it is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund on change-of-mind grounds.
If a file is faulty or does not match its description, we will repair or replace it, or refund that item where a fix is not possible.
To request a refund or report a faulty file, email support@studiostandard.com within 30 days of purchase and include your order number.
