Description

A service and rates guide running to 27 pages at 1920×1080 pixels, designed in Figma and Adobe InDesign for the way a creative director presents their practice and prices their work.

The guide sets out a practice with the composure of a considered document rather than a rate card. It moves through a practice overview, the engagement types on offer, the disciplines the practice covers, what each fee includes, the working standards that govern the relationship, a rates reference, and a closing note on how a new client begins.

Pages are designed at 1920×1080 pixels (16:9) for presentation on screen and in the room, built as editable spreads in both Figma and Adobe InDesign so the structure can be rebuilt around a real practice without starting from a blank page. Suited to independent directors, studios, and senior practitioners across fashion, luxury, cultural institutions, and editorial work.

Part of the Creative Director Suite, a growing collection of Studio Standard Originals organised around the three phases of a director's practice: pitching, directing, and presenting. The Services and Rates Guide sits within pitching, the document that sets out services and terms before an engagement begins. Each product in the suite shares the same typography, layout logic, and language register, so a director using more than one presents as a single coherent practice.

About the Licenses
The Portfolio License allows you to use Studio Standard tools to document, present, and showcase your design work. This includes publishing case studies on personal or company websites, sharing work on social media, and presenting work internally or to clients.
This license is intended solely for demonstrating your practice, craft, or past work. It does not permit use of the tools for advertising, marketing, or promoting products or services. The Portfolio License may be used by individuals or companies of any size, provided the use remains strictly non-promotional.

The Commercial License allows companies with 1–50 employees to use a Studio Standard tool for advertising or promotional purposes related to one specific product or service.
If the same tool is used to promote a different product or service, an additional license is required. This license is designed for small to mid-sized teams producing external-facing marketing, advertising, or promotional materials.

The Enterprise License permits companies with 51 or more employees to use a Studio Standard tool to advertise or promote one specific product or service across multiple campaigns, channels, and materials.
If the tool is used to promote additional products or services, the license must be re-purchased for each additional use. This license is intended for larger organizations with broader marketing reach, multiple stakeholders, and cross-channel distribution needs.
