Description

Almanac Proposal is a project proposal deck comprising forty-four slide layouts, each built in eight colorways, delivered in Figma and designed as a structured, repeatable presentation system.

Proposal by Michael Mason is a complete document rather than a set of individual slides. Designed at 1920 × 1080px for screen presentation or PDF delivery, it runs from cover and project brief through seven numbered sections, About Us, Our Process, Deliverables, Territories, The Timeline, Milestones, and Next Steps, into phase breakdowns, day schedules, calendars, image spreads, and a closing slide. The layouts are organized around clear typographic hierarchy, image placement, and sectional titling, so a proposal reads as a considered publication.

Every layout is supplied in eight colorways, from deep green and terracotta through to stone, off-white, and near-black, so a pitch can be tuned to the client it is going to without leaving the system.

The deck is shown as a studio pitching an identity project, which is a deliberately demanding case: a phased process, deliverables, territories, dense timelines, day schedules, calendars, and photography that has to sit beside detailed information without crowding it. A system that holds together under those conditions will hold anywhere. The same layouts carry a brand strategy, a campaign proposal, a capabilities deck, a project scope, or a client update. Copy, imagery, and color are yours to replace; the grid, spacing, and hierarchy are what you are buying.

Each slide is structured for easy adaptation: users can replace imagery, update headlines and body text, and adjust color while maintaining alignment and grid integrity within Figma. The tone is clean, structured, and system-led, making the collection suitable for studios, brands, cultural organizations, and designers presenting work to clients.

Michael Mason is a Canadian-born designer and creative director based in London, focused on brand identity and communication design, currently Creative Director at Bold Scandinavia, with past roles at Pentagram, Mother, Apple, and Google Creative Lab and clients including Nike, Aesop, BBC, and Squarespace.

About the Licenses
The Portfolio License allows you to use Studio Standard tools to document, present, and showcase your design work. This includes publishing case studies on personal or company websites, sharing work on social media, and presenting work internally or to clients.
This license is intended solely for demonstrating your practice, craft, or past work. It does not permit use of the tools for advertising, marketing, or promoting products or services. The Portfolio License may be used by individuals or companies of any size, provided the use remains strictly non-promotional.

The Commercial License allows companies with 1–50 employees to use a Studio Standard tool for advertising or promotional purposes related to one specific product or service.
If the same tool is used to promote a different product or service, an additional license is required. This license is designed for small to mid-sized teams producing external-facing marketing, advertising, or promotional materials.

The Enterprise License permits companies with 51 or more employees to use a Studio Standard tool to advertise or promote one specific product or service across multiple campaigns, channels, and materials.
If the tool is used to promote additional products or services, the license must be re-purchased for each additional use. This license is intended for larger organizations with broader marketing reach, multiple stakeholders, and cross-channel distribution needs.
