Description

A 21-page project proposal template by Vincent Riese, creative director and designer.

A complete proposal for studios, art directors, and independent creatives who present their thinking as carefully as their work. It carries a client from first impression to signed scope: a cover with the client's name, a contents index, about and team pages, a selected work grid, an approach section built on challenge, perspective, and opportunity, creative direction and concept spreads for atmosphere and reference, a phased scope timeline, a three-tier pricing table with deliverables, and a closing contact page. The structure is built, so you drop in your work, your names, and your numbers, and send.

Figma and Adobe InDesign. 1920 x 1080px, 16:9.

Vincent Riese is a graphic designer, photographer, and creative director based in Berlin, and co-founder of the studio SULUK, with clients including Nike, Bottega Veneta, Hermès, and Apple Music.

About the Licenses
The Portfolio License allows you to use Studio Standard tools to document, present, and showcase your design work. This includes publishing case studies on personal or company websites, sharing work on social media, and presenting work internally or to clients.
This license is intended solely for demonstrating your practice, craft, or past work. It does not permit use of the tools for advertising, marketing, or promoting products or services. The Portfolio License may be used by individuals or companies of any size, provided the use remains strictly non-promotional.

The Commercial License allows companies with 1–50 employees to use a Studio Standard tool for advertising or promotional purposes related to one specific product or service.
If the same tool is used to promote a different product or service, an additional license is required. This license is designed for small to mid-sized teams producing external-facing marketing, advertising, or promotional materials.

The Enterprise License permits companies with 51 or more employees to use a Studio Standard tool to advertise or promote one specific product or service across multiple campaigns, channels, and materials.
If the tool is used to promote additional products or services, the license must be re-purchased for each additional use. This license is intended for larger organizations with broader marketing reach, multiple stakeholders, and cross-channel distribution needs.
